About Royal Mechanical

Comfort that is understood before it is installed.

We look at how a building is used, then make its heating, ventilation and cooling work together, whether it's a family apartment or a commercial property.

Three disciplines

One building. One system. Three ways it can go wrong.

Warm air needs somewhere to go. Cooling changes humidity. Ventilation moves heat with it. Fixing one part without looking at the others usually moves the problem rather than solving it, so every recommendation starts with the whole system.

  1. 01 Heating
  2. 02 Air Conditioning
  3. 03 Ventilation

Two settings

Same standards, different priorities.

Homes

Quiet equipment, tidy work and plain-language answers. People live in the space while we work, so we plan around them.

Commercial buildings

Larger systems, shared spaces and operations that can't simply stop. Work is planned around how the building is used day to day.

How we work

What you can expect from us.

  1. 01

    Clear communication

You'll know what we found, what we recommend and why, before any work begins.

  2. 02

    Careful workmanship

Equipment installed neatly and correctly, with attention to the details you don't see.

  3. 03

    Technical understanding

Heating, ventilation and cooling treated as one system, because that's how a building works.

  4. 04

    Respect for the space

Homes and workplaces stay in use while we work, so we keep disruption to a minimum.

The mark

Three forms that fit together.

The emblem is built from three solid shapes locked into one, a quiet reference to the three disciplines in our name.
